REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

How It Works

​

VIV Athletic Club members who are in good standing ("Referrer") may earn a referral reward by referring a friend, family member, or acquaintance to VIV Athletic Club, subject to these Referral Program Terms & Conditions.

  • Referral rewards are applied to the Referrer's account within approximately sixty (60) days after all eligibility requirements are satisfied, including the referred individual meeting the minimum membership duration requirement.

  • Referral rewards are determined by the offer in effect at the time the referred individual enrolls. Offers are not locked in at the time of referral and may change prior to enrollment.

  • Rewards in the form of complimentary month(s) are applied as a credit toward future membership dues. They do not pause, toll, or modify any Initial Obligation Period, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.

  • Referral reward balances can be viewed through the VIV member portal or by contacting us at info@vivathleticclub.com.

These Referral Program Terms are in addition to, and governed by, the Referrer's membership agreement and VIV Athletic Club Member Policies (collectively, the "Governing Documents"). In the event of any conflict between these Referral Program Terms and the Governing Documents, the Governing Documents will control.

 

Eligibility to Participate

To be eligible to earn and receive a referral reward, Referrers must:

  • Hold an active VIV Athletic Club membership in good standing at the time the reward is granted.

  • Not hold a complimentary, short-term, employee-sponsored, or partner membership.

  • Not be an employee of VIV Athletic Club or any of its affiliates.

 

Who You Can Refer

Referrers may refer anyone who may be interested in joining VIV Athletic Club. A referral is valid only if:

  • The referred individual joins VIV Athletic Club as a new member and remains an active member for a minimum of sixty (60) days.

  • The referred individual qualifies as a "new member," meaning they have not held a VIV Athletic Club membership at any point during the twelve (12) months preceding their enrollment date.

  • The referred individual joins with an eligible membership type. Referrals that result in a short-term, partner, or employee benefit membership do not qualify for a reward.

 

Referral Reward — Pre-Sale Members

If the Referrer holds a membership at a VIV Athletic Club location in pre-sale (i.e., the club has not yet opened) at the time of referral, and the referred individual joins with an eligible membership type:

  • The Referrer will receive one (1) complimentary month of membership as their referral reward.

  • The reward will be applied as a credit toward future membership dues following completion of the Referrer's Initial Obligation Period.

  • No reward will be issued if the referred member cancels or has their membership terminated within sixty (60) days of joining.

  • The complimentary month does not pause, toll, or otherwise modify the Initial Obligation Period, has no cash value, and is non-transferable.

 

Complimentary Items & Program Terms

All referral rewards earned through this program are considered Complimentary Items and are subject to the following:

  • Rewards expire ninety (90) days from the date of issuance.

  • Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

  • The referral program is a voluntary membership benefit. VIV Athletic Club may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without notice.

 

Prohibited Conduct

Referrals may not be generated using robotic, automated, or programmed methods, by spamming, or by creating websites or other means to solicit referrals from individuals not personally known to you. VIV Athletic Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny a referral reward, permanently disqualify an individual from the referral program, or terminate the membership of any individual believed to be tampering with, abusing, or manipulating the referral program. VIV Athletic Club may also revoke any referral reward and suspend or terminate memberships where misuse or abuse of the program is determined.
